Why it matters

Corporate buyers have acquisition teams. You should have one too.

Consolidators buy practices every week. Most owners sell once. We level the field by bringing multiple buyers to the table and negotiating on everything that affects what you actually take home.

FAQ

Questions owners ask us

What does it cost to use the valuation tool and readiness score?

Nothing. Both tools are free, and so is your first confidential consultation. If you decide to work with us, we agree our fee upfront, in writing, before any work begins.

Will anyone find out I'm thinking of selling?

Not from us. Your name, your practice's name and location are never shared with buyers until you approve each buyer and they sign a non-disclosure agreement. Your staff and patients won't hear about it until you're ready.

I've already had an offer from a corporate group. Can you help?

Yes, and it's one of the best times to talk to us. Start with our offer comparison tool to see the offer's risk-adjusted value, then we'll review the full terms (cash at close, equity, earn-outs and work-back) and test it against the wider market before you sign anything.

How long does it take to sell a practice?

Most sales take six to ten months from valuation to closing, depending on the practice type, location and deal structure. The best results usually come from starting preparation one to three years ahead.

Do you work across Canada?

Yes. We work with practice owners in every province and territory and understand the regulatory college, tax and employment rules that differ between them.
